Product description
A first-class mandolin that cuts vegetables and root vegetables into thin slices or strips. The straight blade is hand-ground and has a stepless setting, from 0.5 to 10 mm. The mandolin comes with three replaceable blades for shredding and julienne and a practical finger guard. At the bottom there is a non-slip protection that facilitates use.
