Product description
Horizontal vegetable lathe with resharpenable blade. Benriner's vegetable slicer slices 2 mm and has two stem blades which shred 1.2 mm and 4 mm respectively. Use the lathe to cut thin spirals or to core rods from the center of the stock. The lathe is able to turn vegetables up to 170 mm and core 12 mm. It is easy to take apart for washing.
