I do not receive the verification code, what should I do?

If you do not receive your verification code, it may be because you have another telephone number entered in your account with SAS, therefore log in to sas.com and ensure that the information is correct. If you still do not receive the verification code, even though the information is correct, please contact SAS customer service.

What login credentials should I use?

Use your username, EuroBonus-/travelpass number or email and password to your EuroBonus account to sign in to the shop.

My login credentials does not work?

If you cannot login, we ask you to reset your username and/or password here.

How do I redeem EuroBonus points?

In order to use the website, you will need to login using the same credentials you use at SAS's website. When you have successfully logged in, you will be able to shop using your EuroBonus points or a combiantion of EuroBonus points and card payment. When you have found a reward you would like to redeem your points for you can add it to your shopping cart using the "Buy" button. When you want to proceed to check-out, click the shopping cart and then press the "proceed" button. In the check-out you can decide how many EuroBonus points you would like to redeem using the slider in the bottom left corner.

I have earned points in the EuroBonus Shop. When will the points be available on my account?

The points you earn i the EuroBonus Shop will be available on your account apporx.1 month after the purchase.

How does partial payment / payment using a mix of point and card payment work?

If you want to pay using a mix of EuroBonus points and card payment, drag the slider in the bottom left part of the check-out to the position representing the share of the order total you would like to pay using points and/or card payment. If the point slider is set in a position that is lower than the order grand total, the "Pay with points" button in the bottom right corner changes to "Proceed to payment". By pressing the button with the slider in the beforementioned state, you will be transfered to a secure card payment page where you can proceed with the partial payment using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.

What happens if i return a product that has been payed using points that has expired?

If you, within the allowed withdrawal period, return a product which you've payed using partially expired EuroBonus points you will only be credited the EuroBonus points that are still valid. Points that have expired will not be credited. In the case the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival SAS EuroBonus will decide on a case-by-case basis whether expired EuroBonus points should be credited or not. 

I have not received an order confirmation – have my points been withdrawn?

If you have not received an order confirmation, the purchase has not been completed successfully and no points have thus been withdrawn from your EuroBonus account. We kindly ask you to verify that the email address you supplied is correct, as this is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. In addition, an order is created only as long as you have completed all the steps of the check-out and successfully completed the purchase.

I cannot change the email address I want my digital product delivered to?

When you order a product that is delivered digitally can only be sent to the email address that is registered in your EuroBonus profile. You can change this email address using My EuroBonus pages. However, due to security reasons, we restrict purchases of digital products for 48 hours after the email address has been updated on My EuroBonus pages.

How is my order delivered?

Within the Scandinavian region, your parcel is delivered using DB Schenker. Parcels to the rest of the world are sent using UPS. You will be notified via email when your parcel has been sent from our warehouse. In some cases, your parcel will be sent to the nearest delivery point and you will be notified of its arrival by email and/or text message.

When is my order delivered?

We always strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on what product you ordered, and the country you want it delivered to. In the Scandinavian region, delivery times are normally between 3-7 working days.

Due to the prevailing situation, delivery of your goods may take longer than usual, thanks for your understanding.

Parcels order during Christmas season, as well as parcels bound for countries outside the Scandiavian region are normally delivered within 3-10 working days. In rare cases, one of the products in your order might be on backorder from the supplier. In such a case we will delay the delivery until all the products contained in your order are in stock.

How do I make a complaint due to a product defect?

All complaints should be sent to us along with a detailed description of the defect. In some cases, we require you to attach photos of the product in order to verify the defect. Depending on the supplier, the complaint administration process will vary slightly, along with the time it takes to process the complaint. We always strive to process all complaints as quicky as possible.

Will any additional fees apply when I shop?

NOTE! For shipments to UK where the order value exceeds 135 GBP, you will need to pay customs duty and VAT.

A shipping fee will apply, in addition to the price of the product. This shipping fee covers shipping, pick and pack, customs handling and import taxes and depends on the country to which you would like us to send the order and the combined weight and size of all the products in the order. The shipping fee is calculated in the check-out process. No fees apply to digitally delivered products.

How many times per year am I able to buy or transfer points?

You are able to do 20 transactions over the past 12 months.

Buying basic points

How many points are required for the different levels?

Your membership level is based on the amount of Basic points you collect during you qualification period. You need 20,000 points for Silver, 45,000 for Gold and 90,000 for Diamond level.

What is the cost for Basic points?

You can pay for your Basic points using your debit/credit card or Extra points. 1,000 Basic points are 10,000 Extra points or 1000 SEK. Which currency that will be applied is determined by where you are registered as a member in the EuroBonusdatabase. If your home country is outside of Sweden, Norway or Denmark EUR will be applied.

Who can purchase EuroBonus Basic points?

If you need more points in order to reach the next membership level or remain at your current level, you can purchase the Basic points needed. This is especially useful if you are missing a limited amount of points. You must have extra points in your account in order to purchase basic points.

Can I purchase Basic points for someone else?

You can only purchase Basic points for the account you are logged in to, meaning you cannot purchase Basic points for someone else.

When do I need to purchase my Basic points?

Your qualification period is 12 months, and if you need to you can purchase more Basic points. The points you need will be registered to your account 123 days before purchase, due to the fact that you can purchase additional Basic points up to three months after the end of your qualification period. You need to be at least six months into your qualification period in order to purchase Basic points.

How many Basic points can I purchase?

You can purchase a maximum of 5,000 points for Silver level, 15,000 points for Gold and 30,000 points for Diamond level.

You must during your qualifying period, have earned:

15,000 basic points to be able to buy basic points to reach the Silver level

30,000 basic points to be able to buy basic points to reach Gold level

60,000 basic points to be able to buy base points to reach Diamond level

How soon can I purchase Basic points to reach the next membership level?

You need to be at least 6 months into your qualification period before you can purchase Basic points. Another prerequisite for purchasing Basic points is that you have previously earned a specific amount of points. You are allowed to purchase a maximum of 5,000 points for Silver level, 15,000 for Gold and 30,000 for Diamond.

When will the Basic points be transferred to my account?

It could take up to 24 hours until the Basic points are visible in your account, and your membership level has been updated. Basic points will be backdated 123 days from the date of purchase.

What is the minimum amount of Basic points per purchase?

You can purchase Basic points in blocks of 100 points.

Do I earn additional points when paying with a combined EuroBonus credit card?

You earn points on the payment transaction when paying with a combined EuroBonus credit card.

For how long are my purchased Basic points valid?

Your purchased points are valid for 4-5 years from the date of purchase, depending on at what time during your qualification period you make the purchase.

Can I return purchased Basic points?

You cannot return purchased Basic points. We advise you not to make your purchase unless you are enitrely sure. Please note that Basic points are backdated 123 days from date of purchase upon being transferred to your account. Do not purchase your Basic points too early, to avoid the points being transferred to your previous qualification period.

Transferring points

The points I wish to transfer to someone else's account are about to expire. For how long will they be valid in the new account?

Transferred EuroBonus Extra points are valid for 5 years from the date of transfer. Please note that returning points to your account will cause previously expired points to expire, meaning you cannot recover points that have expired since the transaction was made.

Who can purchase EuroBonus Extra points?

In order to purchase, transfer or receive Extra points you need to have been a member for a minimum of 1 year, and have at least one activity registered to your EuroBonus account. In addition to that, you need at least 1,000 points available in your account.

Can I reach a higher membership level by purchasing Extra points or having them transferred to my account?

No, Extra points do not qualify you for a higher membership level. In order to reach the next membership level you must obtain Basic points. Please note that purchasing Basic points is only possible after earning the majority of your Basic points through flying.

Can I purchase Extra points, transfer points or purchase Basic points over the phone?

Purchasing and transferring points can only be done online.

Purchasing Extra Points

How much do Extra points cost?

Extra points cost 0,20 SEK per point.

What is the fee for transferring points?

The transfer fee is 0,05 SEK per point.

When are the Extra points available in my account?

It can take up to 24 hours for your purchased or transferred Extra points to be visible in your account.

What is the minimum amount of Extra points per purchase?

Points are purchased in blocks of 1,000 points, up to 60,000 per transaction.

Do I earn additional points when paying with a combined EuroBonus credit card?

You earn points on the payment transaction when using a combined EuroBonus credit card.

For how long are my purchased Extra points valid?

Your points are valid for up to five (5) years from the date of transfer or purchase.

Can I return purchased or transferred EuroBonus Extra points?

You can return purchased or transferred Extra points within 14 days of the purchase or transfer date. Contact our customer service with your Eurobonus membership number and information regarding the transaction. Please note that you can only return the entire transaction, and not parts of it. The points must still be available in your account in order for you to return them. It is not possible to return points if they have been used. 

The points I wish to transfer to someone else's account are about to expire. For how long will they be valid in the new account?

Transferred EuroBonus Extra points are valid for 5 years from the date of transfer. Please note that returning points to your account will cause previously expired points to expire, meaning you cannot recover points that have expired since the transaction was made.

How many points can one member receive from another member each year?

You can purchase and receive up to a maximum of 200,000 EuroBonus Extra points every year. Please note that purchased and received points are counted together, and not separately.
