The frying pan is pre-burned with vegetable oils, which makes it ready to use immediately after purchase and you don't have to start with your own burn-in procedure. It withstands high temperatures and spreads the heat evenly and efficiently, which is perfect for frying and roasting. Works on all types of heat sources and in the oven. Use it both as a frying pan and pie dish. Without the handle, the pan takes up less space in the oven and on the dining table and can be stacked more easily when stored.
