The Fiskars Functional Form Cutting board set contains 2 sturdy bamboo cutting boards and a replaceable thin plastic cutting board. One bamboo cutting board has grooves to catch breadcrumbs as well as silicone feet for increased safety and easy stacking. The flat bamboo cutting board is perfect for preparing vegetables, fruit, herbs, meat and cheese and more. It also has an oblong silicone attachment to which the other boards are attached but it can also be used to pull food off the knife without wearing the edge. Both bamboo cutting boards are made from FSC-certified bamboo and surface-treated with linseed oil. The plastic cutting boards are replaceable and ideal for more hygienic cooking.
