Known limitations for SAS Eurobonus Shop:

  1. Order and delivery confirmation emails
Some parts of the order and delivery email do not comply with contrasts requirements from WCAG 2.1 AA. This is due to company and site logos/colors. This is planned to be fixed during 2025.
  2. External links
When a link leads to an external site, the link does not have any indication that you are leaving the current site. This will be remedied during 2025.
  3. Alt texts for images
Some images are missing or have inadequate image texts. We are continuously working on adding text to current pictures as well as new pictures. This will be a part of integrating accessibility into our daily work after starting internal accessibility training during the fall of 2025.
  4. Accordions
Some accordions on content sections/pages are not possible to select and/or open using keyboard. As we improve the underlying tools and templates used to build our website, some of these will be updated and some removed. This is in our roadmap for the first half of 2026.
  5. Keyboard accessibility
For some dialogs and popup menus, the customer might be able to navigate to elements that are not visible or functional. These dialogs and popups will be replaced with new ones as a part of an improvement of the underlying tools and templates used to build our website. This is in our roadmap for the first half of 2026.
  6. Screen readers
We have done limited testing on screen readers and cannot guarantee all functionality being available. There will be further tests done during the fall of 2025 in which revealed issues will be planned. Please report any functionality that does not work.
  7. Dialogs
Our dialogs are currently not completely compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. As we are planning to improve the underlying tools and templates used to build our website, some of these will be updated and some removed. This is in our roadmap for the first half of 2026.
  8. Customer service form
Or current customer service form does not comply with all requirements from WCAG 2.1 AA. As we are planning to move to a different customer service tool soon, this form will be exchanged.
